Chain lubrication pinion guide the lubricant through the shaft and the corresponding bores into the cellular plastic material, the plastic pinion guarantees smooth running. The rolls made of open cell PU foam are transporting at certain points the lubricant to the surface of the link plates of the roller chains. In the shafts there is a check valve integrated which prevents uncontrolled escaping of the lubricant. The mechanic force for driving the rolls is ensured by a wear resistant plastic pinion.

The chain lubrication pinions are - depending on size - available for simplex and duplex chains.

The optimum contact pressure of the lubrication pinion can be adjusted individually by a tensioner. By means of the tensioner also a flexible positioning of the lubrication gear is possible.
